The City of Wetaskiwin has recently completed a Business Mix & Gap Analysis conducted by Kieron Hunt President of Key Planning Strategies and Planning Studio Lead for FBM Architecture. The study has assessed our current retail and commercial supply, reviewed key demographic areas and determined our primary trade area. The report has also identified key target retail and commercial businesses for market expansion and new investment opportunities.
