MEMBER HOSTED EVENT: Newborn Care Class

Description

This Newborn Care Class will focus on everything after your baby has been born. We will talk about how to care for your infant and create a postpartum plan for your family to work together to adjust to this time.

We will explore together the first hours and weeks after your baby is born, on how provide care for him/her and how your family can adjust together.

Some of the topics that are included are newborn appearance, newborn behaviour and hunger cues, feeding and safe sleep.

This workshop is for first time parents to get comfortable in holding and caring for their newborn.

You will be able to access information from these classes in Facebook Groups and ask follow up questions in a safe space without judgement.
