    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Job Overview
    This position combines general office support and flight coordination

    Duties and Responsibilities
    - Main Telephone Reception
    - Passenger Check-in; Front lobby and Office area Cleanliness; Supply Stocking

    General Admin
    - Various Daily and/or Monthly Reports
    - Some General Financial Duties
    - Invoicing and Data Entry (A/R)

    Flight Admin
    - Answering After Hours Cell (evenings and every second weekend)
    - Quoting Flights; Completing all Necessary Booking Details
    - Create Flight Manifest; Complete Crew Assignments; Flight Follow Pre-Flight to Post-Flight
    - Post Flight Paperwork Review; Invoicing
    - Daily scheduling of Aircraft; Flight Crew
    - Work in conjunction with Chief Pilot and Maintenance

    Required Skills
    - General Computer Skills: Good Working Knowledge of Excel and Word
    - Experience with Accounting Program(s) is an Asset
    - Bookkeeping skills (either by experience or education)
    - Able to Respond Quickly and Effectively to any Changes or any Unexpected Occurrences
    - Strong Communication, Customer Service and Problem Solving Skills
    - Self Motivated (ability to work without continuous supervision)
