Job Description
Brandt Truck Rigging & Trailers is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Nisku, AB location. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch; parts, service, and sales
• Achieve asset management and market share goals
• Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
• Develop and grow customer relationships, and represent Brandt in the local market
• Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
• Other duties as assigned

• A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
• A strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellence
• Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset
• Must have several years’ experience with the truck, rigging, and trailer business
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ management experience
• Proven product support background and understanding of the departmental operations
