CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE – LEDUC

In this unionized position, the successful candidate is responsible for responding to all customer requests and inquiries via the appropriate channels; assisting in monitoring and collecting overdue accounts; and performing other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate is expected to work shifts scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Business related Certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution;
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a call center/telephone customer service environment; and
• Specific call center agent or customer service training.
