If so, consider joining the NorQuest College team as a Practical Nurse Instructional Assistant.

    These are casual assignments that can range up to 30 hours per week.


    • Set up for lab experiences according to the timetable
    • Provide instructional assistance in the lab setting, by demonstrating and assisting students to learn clinical skills, knowledge, and attitude
    • Assist with lab assessments and record keeping
    • Assist in remediation activities for learners
    • Arrange for printing and duplicating of educational materials
    • Proctor, scan, and mark exams
    • Keep instructional team apprised of student progress
    • Must be currently registered with CLPNA
    • Completion of Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate or Diploma
    • Interest in working in an education setting

    • Applicants who are invited to interview will be required to provide the following:
    • A Police Information Check within the last ninety days
    • a Vulnerable Sectors Check within the last ninety days
    • Current CLPNA registration
    • Up to date immunization records
    SALARY: $27.61 – $35.88/hour commensurate with education and experience.  This opportunity also includes 11.2% in lieu of vacation and benefits.
