Program Worker, Complex Needs

A part-time position with an average of 23.5 hours per week exists in our complex needs residence, to support individuals with their development, community participation, behaviour management and personal care. 

Applicants will have experience in the disability field, with preference given to those with specialized education and/or training to provide service to individuals with complex needs. 

Excellent communication, crisis intervention, decision-making and interpersonal skills are requirements. 
Other qualifications will include a current First Aid/CPR certificate, medication administration, a valid driver's licence and a clear criminal record check.
