More about Zyp Art Gallery:
WHO WE ARE
Zyp Art Gallery was created to honour two amazing people Hank and Tillie Zyp. Building the
gallery has been a passion project for Dr. Nhung Tran-Davies. Years in the making, on May 15th, 2018, the Zyp Art Gallery official opened in Calmar’s newest building – Block 39 Professional Building.
Hank and Tillie Zyp played a large part of Nhung’s life. Not only were they one of several families who sponsored her and her family from a refugee camp after the Vietnam war, they taught Nhung the importance of helping others; which she witnessed through their NGOs – Change the Children and Rainbow of Hope for Children – established in the mid 70s.
Founded in 2018, we are a board-governed, non-profit art gallery.
WHY WE EXIST we are a space that serves as a platform for the voiceless, in order to increase
